About

A different way of working with AI
I work with people who want to use AI without losing clarity, coherence, or judgment.
My work sits at the intersection of thinking, learning, and practical application.
Aliveness doesn’t come from chasing.
It emerges from clarity and readiness,
integrating the rational mind,
body signals, the Witnessing Self, and AI.
The AI Studio exists because most conversations about AI focus on tools, speed, or productivity. I’m more interested in how people think, decide, and stay grounded as those tools evolve.
How I Work
I don’t teach AI as a set of tricks or shortcuts.
I work with AI as a thinking partner in all areas of my life. I help others do the same — thoughtfully, deliberately, and in ways that respect human judgment.
Across all of my work, I focus on three principles:
- Orientation before optimization
Understanding what matters comes before choosing tools. - Stability before scale
A coherent workspace matters more than constant upgrades. - Depth where it counts
Not everything needs speed. Some things need space, integration and readiness.
These principles shape every part of The AI Studio.
Who This Work Is For
I work with individuals, solopreneurs, educators, and professionals who:
- want to use AI without being overwhelmed by it
- value clarity over novelty
- prefer systems that adapt over time
- care about judgment, ethics, and long-term coherence
- are navigating change — personally, professionally, or both
No technical background is required.
A Note on Tools
Tools come and go.
We have clearly moved into the AI era. My work engages and leverages the best uses of AI. This era allows us to offload significant cognitive load, learn quickly. This allows us to have significant impacts on our lives both professionally as well as personally.
I am intentionally tool-aware, but not tool-dependent. Specific AI tools are going to come and go. What matters is having a place to think and work coherently, even as tools evolve.
Why I Do This Work
Periods of technological change tend to reward speed and noise. They rarely reward thoughtfulness and our unique humanity.
I believe people do their best work when they have:
- time to orient
- a stable place to return to and synthesize over time
- and space to think deeply
- gain access to information quickly and effectively
- focus on matters that are uniquely important to us as individuals
The AI Studio exists to support people becoming more human!
Invitation
You don’t need to keep up with everything.
You don’t need to master every new tool.
You need ways of working that help you stay grounded, capable, and clear — now and over time.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
